Jason, a 1993 graduate of Syracuse University has a degree in economics and history. Post graduation, Jason’s career led him into the restaurant business in Rehoboth Beach, the resort town that he loved. He purchased a local watering hole known as Schultze’s and transformed it into Zogg’s Restaurant. After five successful years, Jason sold Zogg’s and moved back to his native town, Washington, DC where he took a job as a Cisco Systems Engineer with Northrop Grumman. Shortly after, Jason decided to hit the books again in pursuit of his MBA in International Finance and a secondary masters in Real Estate and Urban Development. Upon completion of the masters programs at George Washington University, Jason decided to move back to Rehoboth Beach to start a business that was in high demand in the coastal town. In 2005, Jason opened the doors to Top Concierge, a full service property management company. Jason opted to sell, and pursued certification in Photovoltaic installation at the University of Florida Solar Center, and received certification in Wind power generation from North Carolina State University. Mr. Topercer went on to co-found Delaware Renewable Energy, now Clean Energy USA. Jason’s commitment to creating a cleaner environment is highly valued by the Clean Energy USA team.
